Executive Search Consultant

We partner with leading wealth management firms to identify exceptional advisers and business owners who are ready for their next opportunity. Our approach is relationship-led, discreet and consultative.

We’re now looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join us during an exciting period of growth.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys identifying talent, building relationships and engaging senior professionals through thoughtful, consultative conversations.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality financial advisers across the UK.

Working alongside the Managing Director, you will:

✔️Research and map adviser markets.

✔️Identify prospective candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools.

✔️Build long-term relationships with advisers.

✔️Conduct initial qualification conversations.

✔️Manage candidate pipelines within our CRM.

✔️Arrange meetings between qualified advisers and clients.

✔️Support executive search assignments from briefing through to placement.

This is a remote role offering genuine flexibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.

About You

You’ll ideally have experience in:

• Recruitment
• Executive search
• Talent acquisition
• Headhunting

You’ll also have:

⭐Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

⭐ Confidence speaking with senior professionals.

⭐Strong organisational skills.

⭐High attention to detail.

⭐A professional and consultative approach.

⭐Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.

An understanding of financial services, wealth management or financial advice would be advantageous but is not essential.
